Be calm and remember what the owner’s number 1 rule was, the customer is allways right, and if the costumer is wrong refer to rule number 1. Richard Snyder would never ever try to defend his outfit like that, and he was the owner, I knew him personaly. , just leave out the insults and prophanity:) God bless everyone, that is what In N Out is all about.

Born and raised in So Cal the ONLY burger place I eat. It’ys the only place where the food is consistent. No burgers with nasty garbage piled on it to try to get more sales. Same formula and it works. Smart company keeping a good thing and not messing with it. Hence a crowd pleaser, fast service and great prices. I went on New Years Eve day and there must have been fifty people in line but just watched behind the counter and it was like a hive of bees. They all had something to do and no one was just standing around. My order got to me faster then when I’ve gone to Mc Donald’s with only a handful of customers. And the place stays as clean as a whistle. Never had a messy bathroom or store. They have a great system and I can’t believe other food chains haven’t followed. Why mess with success. You keep a great thing the same and never need to change. THAT’S WHAT A HAMBURGER’S ALL ABOUT

Started their in 99 and the pattys are still the same size they just cook them longer which makes the meat patty smaller

You actually EAT with that mouth, genius? I can’t imagine anyone ever gets through a conversation with you for any length of time. I pretty much tuned out after the first F–. It’s burgers, dude. Relax. Good burgers no doubt, but your panties are so wadded up it’s hard to imagine you enjoying anything with that ginormous tude much less an In and Out. As far as welfare recipients, you sound just like those I can imagine being ON welfare. Ghetto…

Mojo’s are good, too. There’s plenty of room for all the burgers in the world.

They did downsize their burgers, but at least here in San Diego, the prices have remained relatively stable from what I can tell, there was a small price hike several years ago, and that seems to be the last time they raised prices.

That’s just not true. The price or size has not changed.
I ate there yesterday and my order has stayed the same price for years.
Cheeseburger animal style, Fries animal style, Chocolate shake.
You should really stop going there though, that way the line will be shorter for me.

In-N-Out is pretty awesome. I grew up in the San Gabriel valley… and there were several In-N-Out restaurants within a few miles of our house. The only place that exceeds In-N-Out is Mojo Burger–a very small chain in the San Jose area– and that is because Mojo uses grass-fed beef. Much more expensive, but worth it– both for flavor and nutrition. Hard to believe that a “fast-food” hamburger place can top the taste of In-N-Out, but Mojo Burger does it!

was the only take-away place it frequented when i visited san francisco in 1997. i think it is leaps and bounds better than the other place(s). whenever we came across an outlet during our travels, we would stop by and make that our scheduled break.
so when might the first outlet in sydney, australia open???
more power to in-and-out. until our next travels thru california…
